Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Arcs Studio ("Arcs", "we", "us") and the purchase of any creative services offered through arcsstudio.co.uk. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. The Services
Arcs Studio provides AI-assisted Meta static ad creative services for DTC brands running paid social advertising. Services are delivered as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All deliverables are static ad creatives in digital format unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Packages and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of the deliverables described for each package. Prices are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins on Pilot and Sprint packages. Campaign and Scale packages require payment after the intake form is submitted and any required call is completed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times stated on our pricing page are estimates, not guarantees. Turnaround begins from the point at which we have received your completed intake form and full payment. Additional revision rounds requested beyond your package allowance may extend the delivery time. We will notify you if a delay is expected.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. A revision is defined as amendments to existing creatives based on your original brief. A revision does not include new creative concepts, new angles, or significant changes to the original direction. Additional revision rounds are available on request and will be quoted separately.
7. What You Need to Provide
To begin work you must provide accurate and complete information via the intake form including your brand details, product information, target audience, angle direction and any reference material. Arcs Studio is not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory output caused by incomplete, inaccurate or misleading brief information.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of final files, you are granted full rights to use the delivered creatives for commercial purposes including paid advertising. Arcs Studio retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent to this within 7 days of delivery.
9. Satisfaction and Refunds
We are committed to delivering work that meets your agreed brief. However, creative services are subjective in nature. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you believe delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed brief, contact us at hello@arcsstudio.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the matter in good faith.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use Arcs Studio creatives for any unlawful purpose, to promote illegal products or services, or in any way that violates platform advertising policies including Meta, TikTok or Google. You warrant that all product information and claims provided in your brief are accurate and legally compliant.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all client brief information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except where required to deliver your project or where required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcs Studio's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including lost revenue, lost profit or advertising performance outcomes.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at arcsstudio.co.uk/terms. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
